[MY] TLC Semifinals: Grand Final calling for Malaysia's Top 410.03.2017

Malaysia's Top 4 teams are one step closer to headlining The Legends Circuit (TLC) Malaysia Grand Finals in Prangin Mall, Penang!

This split's semifinals will feature Kuala Lumpur Hunters, Fire Dragoon, Swestic & TWICE in what can be described as one of the most exciting seasons with all four teams showing plenty of growth and surprises in the build up to the following matches:

KLH VS FDG: WHEN FIRE MEETS FIRE

Three-time TLC MY champions, Kuala Lumpur Hunters been proving their doubters wrong all season having bid farewell to their star captain OzoraVeki, just days before the opening day. Naturally, this made other teams feel that now would be the best chance to dethrone the Hunters in Malaysia. By putting Qaspiel in the spotlight, KLH have looked as deadly as ever in the local league but they showed in the quarterfinals that certain aspects of their game can be exploited if not careful in lanes. Playing around the Jungle maestro, the likes of Shiro, Arrhedge, CO4 and Bipolar will have to shine as individuals and ensure a successful title defence.

Elsewhere, Fire Dragoon have been making a statement throughout the Spring campaign. Among their ranks, jungler Wicked has been especially impressive and his upcoming battle with Qaspiel will be one to savour. Former Sanguine Wolves star, (now FDG captain) Wynter will be itching to make an impact this time after missing out on TLC last split. The new Fire Dragoon players have matured and developed steadily from the previous season.

TW VS SW: A FEW POINTS TO PROVE

Swestic have long been regarded as one of the rising stars of Malaysia. From their 3rd place finish in TLC 2016 to representing Malaysia at the Lenovo League of Champions in Thailand, Swestic look ready to take off the underdog tag and start making it happen on the big stage. With Rexionn chomping away in Top Lane, mid-lane prodigy Kirino will be aiming to put the nay-sayers in their place to assert himself as one of the best in the nation.

Last but not least, there is TWICE. From being an eSports tribute team to a popular K-Pop girl group to being in Malaysia's Top 4 bracket, it goes to show surprises can come from anywhere. Hummiliating Mineski-x in the quarterfinals, there's no doubt that TWICE are the dark horses of the tournament. The question is, how will this surprising run end on this weekend? We'll find out soon enough!
